U.S. Shipping Update - End of De Minimis Exception
We wanted to update you all specifically on our U.S. Shipping Policy.
Effective August 29, 2025, the United States government under President Trump officially ended the de minimis exemption, which previously allowed packages valued at US$800 or less to enter duty‑free. This policy change now subjects all shipments, regardless of value or origin, to full customs duties, tariffs, and handling fees.
Due to these recent regulatory changes in the United States, we are currently unable to guarantee shipping for all orders that require delivery into the U.S. at this time.
We have many partner warehouses throughout Canada, the US, Europe and Asia. Shipping availability (for U.S. customers only) will now depend on:
✅ The type(s) of product being ordered
✅ The origin of shipment (warehouse or supplier location)
Orders placed for shipping to other countries are not affected.
Moving forward, we are actively working to adapt to the new landscape and restore full shipping into the United States as soon as we can reliably manage costs and compliance. Our goal is to resume our free shipping program while continuing to maintain affordability, transparency, and trust with our U.S. customers.
