Where are you located?
We are proudly based out of Chesley, Ontario, Canada!
Does everything ship from your location in Ontario, Canada?
In some cases yes we do but not for all items we sell. We ship directly from suppliers worldwide right to our customers door. We have suppliers located in Canada, the United States, Europe and throughout Asia.

How are you able to offer free shipping?
Can I change the shipping address for my order?
We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our team at: email@example.com with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet been shipped. Once it has been shipped we are unable to make any address changes. Unfortunately we are also unable to change your shipping address from a domestic US address to an International address, or from an International address to a domestic US address. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.
Can I modify my order after I have placed it?
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
If you receive an incorrect item on your order, we are so sorry for the mix up! Please contact our team at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number and pictures of the defective item.

I am missing items in my order, what do I do?
I received broken/defective items in my order.
