Refund policy
Your Satisfaction Is Important To Us!
We are proud to offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any applicable original tags still intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at: info@protackleworld.ca. Kindly advise the reason for your return (see section 4 for detailed information on return reasons). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! Please see section 4.2 below.
2. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
3. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
4. Returns
4.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Pro Tackle World will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping due to change of mind once order(s) received - will be paid at the customers expense and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping and provide us with the tracking information once shipped.
Return shipping due to change of mind while order still intransit - In situations where a customer has changed their mind and no longer wants their order(s) but has not received it yet (still intransit) - customers may refuse delivery and your order(s) will be returned to us. Once we have received the item we will process a refund minus any applicable return shipping fees. Pro Tackle World will not cover any shipping fees and/or customs cost related to returns due change of mind while still intransit.
Once the return(s) are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to one of the following methods: 1) full refund to the original method of payment or 2) Store credit for a future purchase to be used within 365 days (1 year). We will notify you once this has been completed via email.
(Pro Tackle World) will issue store credit for the value of the goods returned minus any applicable shipping or customs fees.
4.2 Defective Product Received
Pro Tackle World will only exchange (replace) goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider a product to be defective, you must promptly contact us within 30 days of receipt of product at: info@protackleworld.ca with details of the product and the defect and photos of the defect. We will start an investigation and review of your claim and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product free of charge. Please keep the defective items until we have finalized your claim.
4.3 Wrong Product/Wrong Quantity Received
In circumstances where you have received the wrong item or quantity, you must promptly contact us within 30 days of receiving product at info@protackleworld.ca with details of the actual product/quantity received with photos. We will start an investigation and review of your claim and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the incorrect shipment. If you are eligible, we will send you the correct item or quantity free of charge. Please keep the incorrect item(s) until we have finalized your claim. Wrong product/Wrong quantity replacement or refund claims made after the 30 days once product has been received will not be accepted.
4.4 Manufacturer's Warranty
We offer a limited manufacturer’s warranty on all our tackle products against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team at info@protackleworld.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. If after our investigation has concluded (please allow up to 5 business days for us to fully investigate and get in touch with the manufacturer) the product is deemed defective under warranty, we will arrange repair, replace or fully refund your order at our discretion.
