Shipping policy

We ship to customers located all over the world. We proudly offer FREE SHIPPING on every item we sell regardless of order quantity, product size or item cost to customers located only within Canada, Continental United States, Europe and Australia. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $29.99 USD to most other countries. Depending on where you are we may be able to ship to you for free. Email us what you'd like to order along with your shipping details prior to placing your order and we will be happy to check if we can ship to you for FREE.
Pro Tackle World ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://protackleworld.ca and https://protackleworld.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through either of these Websites you are agreeing to the terms set below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Delivery Terms
2.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, you can expect to receive domestic (in Canada) shipments within 10-25 business days from the date your order is dispatched (shipped), not the date the order was placed.
Please note: These transit times can fluctuate depending on factors such as time of year, weather delays and any other unexpected delays.
2.2 Transit time Internationally
Transit times internationally are as follows:
USA - shipments are in transit for 8 - 22 business days after order has shipped,
Australia - shipments are in transit for 9 - 19 business days after order has shipped,
Europe - shipments are in transit for 9 - 18 business days after order has shipped.
Please note: These transit times can fluctuate depending on factors such as time of year, weather delays and any other unexpected delays.

2.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched (shipped) within 1 to 4 business days of payment of order. Business days do not include weekends or Canadian or Provincial statutory holidays. While we strive to process your order and have it shipped as quickly as possible (usually within 2-3 days), please note that it may sometimes take longer than the usual 2-3 days to have your order shipped due to: high demand, inventory updates, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and rest assured, we are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Pro Tackle World operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours (9:00am EST - 5:00PM EST), except on national (Canadian) or provincial (Ontario) holidays at which time we will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
Orders placed on a Friday after 3:00 pm EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
2.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched (shipped). Once an order has been shipped, we are not able to change or update the delivery address.
2.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Pro Tackle World will ship to P.O. box addresses within Canada only using postal services (Canada Post). We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
2.6 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
2.7 Transit Time Exceeded
If transit (delivery) time has exceeded the forecasted times (see sections 2.1 & 2.2 above), please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
3. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
4. Parcels Damaged In Transit
Upon delivery if you find your parcel has been damaged while in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact our customer service with next steps.
5. Duties & Taxes
5.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
5.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Please note that Pro Tackle World does not cover import, customs or any other fees and expenses associated with your order. Any and all applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Pro Tackle World encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Pro Tackle World at the customers expense, and upon successful receipt of the goods at Pro Tackle World, the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
6. Order Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched (shipped). If an order has already been dispatched (shipped), we cannot cancel or modify your order (please also see our Return Policy)
