The 25-year warranty means that if your fishing rod or its components are damaged within 25 years from the date of purchase, you only need to cover the cost of the necessary part and shipping fees. We will then send you a replacement.
To avail of our warranty, please provide the following information:
1.Proof of purchase: Order number or screenshot of the order.
2.Photos of the defective product.
Here are situations where fishing rods/blanks may be damaged:
1.Please check carefully after unpacking.If you discover damage upon opening the package, please contact us directly with photos of the damaged product. We will promptly resend a new one without the need for a dispute.
2.If the product becomes damaged within 1 month of receipt and is unusable, you will need to cover shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged part, and we will send you the necessary replacement section.
3.If damage occurs more than 1 month after receipt and renders the rod/blank unusable, you are responsible for both the cost of the product and shipping. （For example, if the first section of the fishing rod is damaged, you will need to cover the cost of the first section and shipping），we will send you the replacement part.
The term "damage" referred to above includes:
1.Manufacturing defects: If your fly fishing rod or blanks is damaged due to material defects (e.g., the rod blank breaks due to non-misuse) or assembly errors (e.g., breakage due to improper assembly), these issues are covered by the warranty.
2.Workmanship issues: Issues such as improper installation of the fishing rod joint or material breakage under normal use conditions are also covered by the warranty.
